1. Conditions for Gift Voucher Bookings:For bookings made with a gift voucher, failure to attend will be considered as full use of the voucher, forfeiting the right to use it for future bookings.
2. Validity of Gift Vouchers:Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

   If the booking is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, the gift voucher will be considered used.

3. Purchase Changes and Cancellations:For any changes or cancellations, you have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund.
