Our midday menu is a fixed set menu, with a choice of several dishes in each category: starter, main course, and dessert, for a single price.
Our menu is renewed every 15 days to offer fresh, seasonal produce.

STARTERS TO CHOOSE

  • Chilled white garlic soup with grapes
  • Grilled aubergine with tapenade and Parmesan cheese.
  • Marinated salmon "false cannelloni" with prawn tartare sauce.
  • Rock mussels with seafood sauce.
  • Selection of seasonal tomatoes with La Peral sheep’s cheese cream.

MAIN COURSES TO CHOOSE

  • Slow-cooked lamb with apple compote.
  • Squid stuffed in its own ink with American sauce.
  • Cod rice with young broad beans.
  • Chargrilled entrecôte with escalivada (roasted Mediterranean vegetables) and Parisienne potatoes.
  • Cantabrian bonito tuna with caramelized onions.
